Nursing Team Lead

As a Nursing Team Lead at Ramsay Health Care Limited, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare assistants in a busy clinical environment. You will be expected to provide guidance and support to your team members, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Ward Nurse, with a proven track record of supervising clinical teams and managing rosters and staffing. You will also possess excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum is on offer, along with a range of benefits including 25 days' leave, private pension, flexible shift patterns, and free training and development opportunities.
