Ramsay Health Care Clinical seeks an experienced Orthopaedic Theatre Nurse Specialist to join their Theatre department at New Hall Hospital in Salisbury. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing patients for surgery, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting surgeons during procedures.
The ideal candidate will have surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs. A proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain flexibility in scheduling are essential qualities for this role.
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum reflects the importance of this position in delivering high-quality patient care.
