Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

At CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, we are seeking an Asset Management Specialist to join our team located near Salisbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring asset information is present, correct, and up to date on the computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and collate all documentation for servicing and critical spares and maintain appropriate records for meaningful analysis and reporting.
  • Liaise closely with the project team to identify assets to be onboarded and ensure all information is present.
  • Provide details to EEF Managers to locate assets - whether on site, in stores, or awaiting delivery.
  • Identify and record serial numbers, model numbers, PAT Number, Oracle requisition and PO numbers, and ensure Maximo matches the information.
  • Load asset data and manufacturer details onto the database in liaison with the Operations Engineers to schedule maintenance.
  • Provide reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis to the Equipment Support Manager & Operations Manager.
  • Control and maintain the equipment numbering system and issue Equipment/Asset Labels, recording the movement of plant as it arises.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the SuiteReq system to provide assistance and progress reports for the Quality & Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or processing industry and working within a GMP environment would be an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills and a flexible approach to work patterns.
  • Knowledge of Word & Excel spreadsheets and overall good IT skills.
