Asset Manager for Care Homes

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team at Building Recruitment Company. As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will be responsible for delivering investment and cyclical programmes to care homes within agreed budgets through effective financial management. This will involve overseeing a budget for repairs to properties, ensuring routine stock condition surveys and inspections are undertaken in timeframes, and investigating complaints or legal notices.

### Requirements
* A full UK Driving Licence
* Building related degree/relevant professional qualification
* Qualified to RICS Associate status or similar (Desirable)
* Recent experience in undertaking a similar role
* Robust knowledge of building regulations, legislation and current practice
* Excellent organisational, project management and planning skills
### About the Role
As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will be working with a large housing association to commission and deliver investment programmes across a geographical patch. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of staff maintaining and repairing properties, and providing advice and guidance where required. You will also be responsible for managing the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately.
