Relief Duty Manager

At McCarthy Stone, we are seeking a professional Relief Duty Manager to join our team at our prestigious development in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This is a unique opportunity to support the management and smooth running of our thriving community of active and independent older people.
About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills. You will be responsible for managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
About You:
- You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
- You will be able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- You will be driven to continue to grow your skills and will want to lead by example and think on your feet.
- You will be able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
