About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will provide support to our permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis, covering absences and ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring it is safe and secure for our Owners.
  • Provide a first-class service to our Owners, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Administer the office, including arranging contractors and complying with health and safety checks and standards.
  • Facilitate social events and support the sales team with customer viewings.
  • Liaise with various departments and external contacts to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Computer literacy with experience using MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people and socializing.
  • Desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our Owners.
