Relief Lodge Manager

We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance for you.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners. You will be based at a central desk within the development, where you will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office, arranging contractors to maintain the building, and complying with health and safety checks and standards.
You will also play a key role in facilitating social events and supporting the sales team with customer viewings. This is a great opportunity to work at the heart of Churchill Estates Management, promoting a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for Owners.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is based in the Wiltshire area and is content to work "as and when required" (hours are not guaranteed). This role is not suitable for people who are already committed to permanent work elsewhere.
You will need to have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people and socialising. You will also need to be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when required, while also having the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the developments.
Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous. You will also need to be computer literate with previous experience of using MS Office applications.
