Relief Lodge Manager

We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance for you.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and promoting a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for them. You will be based at a central desk within the development, where you will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office, arranging contractors to maintain the building, and complying with health and safety checks and standards.
You will also play a key role in facilitating social events, supporting the sales team with customer viewings, and liaising with a range of departments and external contacts.
Key Requirements
- Location: Wiltshire area
- Hours: As and when required (hours are not guaranteed)
- Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous
- Computer literate with previous experience of using MS Office applications

- Subsistence allowance should an overnight stay be required
