Relief Lodge Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance for you.
You will be based at a central desk within the development, where you will be a visible and reassuring presence, while administering the office, arranging contractors to maintain the building and complying with health and safety checks and standards.
From facilitating social events to supporting the sales team with customer viewings, you will play a key role in the business and liaise with a range of departments and external contacts.
About YouThis role would suit someone based in the Wiltshire area, with the ability to travel East or West towards Hampshire and Somerset. You will be content to work "as and when required" (hours are not guaranteed) and will not be suitable for people who are already committed to permanent work elsewhere.
You will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people and socialising. You will know when to act with sensitivity and diplomacy but also have the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the developments.
You will be computer literate with previous experience of using MS Office applications and will have previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience.
