Relief Lodge Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an 'as and when' basis at our retirement developments in the region.
Your primary focus will be on managing the maintenance of the property and providing exceptional service to our Owners. You will be based at a central desk within the development, where you will be a visible and reassuring presence, administering the office, arranging contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will play a vital role in facilitating social events, supporting the sales team with customer viewings, and liaising with various departments and external contacts. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in delivering a high-quality service to our Owners.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our Owners. You will be based in the Wiltshire area, with the ability to travel to Hampshire and Somerset as required. The role is ideal for someone who is flexible and able to work on an 'as and when' basis, with hours not guaranteed.
You will have previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality, and be computer literate with a good understanding of MS Office applications. Your ability to work with sensitivity and diplomacy, combined with efficiency and assertiveness, will be essential in managing the safety of our Owners and the security of our developments.
