Intelligence-Led Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Protection Specialist to join our team at Greater Anglia. As a key member of our revenue protection team, you will play a critical role in minimizing ticketless travel and maximizing revenue.
You will be responsible for gathering and analysing information on ticketless travel, identifying trends, and developing strategies to reduce revenue losses. You will also provide a customer service presence and manage others at special events.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing excellent customer service. The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse information on ticketless travel.
- Develop strategies to reduce revenue losses.
- Provide a customer service presence and manage others at special events.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement plans to respond to intelligence on ticketless travel.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and analyse information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Numeracy and literacy skills at A Level standard or equivalent.
- Understanding of train operations, ticketing, and relevant legislation.
