Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Kinetic Software in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth Through Account Management: Oversee designated customer accounts to increase revenue and expand market presence.
- Provide Market Intelligence and Customer Feedback: Gather and relay market trends and customer needs to enhance current solutions and contribute to the development of new products.
- Foster Long-Term Customer Relationships: Cultivate enduring partnerships with clients and key industry stakeholders to strengthen business ties and support mutual growth.
- Utilize CRM and Analytical Tools: Employ platforms such as SalesForce and SharePoint to collect and analyze market and prospect data, enhancing decision-making and market insights.
