Sales Performance Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Teams: To achieve revenue targets and drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership and management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
