Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Protection Manager to join our team at Greater Anglia. As a key member of our revenue protection team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our ticketing system and minimising revenue losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan and undertake intelligence-led revenue protection activities across our network to achieve company objectives for minimising ticketless travel and improving customer satisfaction measures.
  • To gather and analyse information from personal observation, reviews of ticketless travel surveys, and discussions with passengers and colleagues to identify areas where ticketless travel is occurring.
  • To investigate instances of fraudulent travel and take appropriate action to minimise loss of revenue and reduce the risk of further fraudulent behaviour.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in revenue protection data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High level of numeracy and literacy skills.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £40,420 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a defined benefit pension scheme, free travel on all Greater Anglia trains, and retail discounts.
