We are seeking a Revenue Protection Specialist to join our team at Greater Anglia. This is a permanent, full-time role based in various locations across the network.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months of experience in a current role and a strong track record of minimizing ticketless travel and promoting customer satisfaction.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and undertaking intelligence-led revenue protection initiatives to minimize ticketless travel and gather additional revenues;
  • Identifying and investigating instances of fraudulent travel to minimize loss of revenue and reduce the risk of further fraudulent behaviour;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement plans to respond to intelligence on ticketless travel, including deployment to particular routes and blockades;
  • Providing a revenue protection or customer service presence at special events, such as football matches and music concerts;

The salary for this role is £40,420 per annum, plus benefits.
