Sales and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Development Specialist to join our team in the south east region. As a Sales and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand our customer base.Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales growth and revenue targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A deep understanding of the HVAC industry and its key trends and challenges.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus benefits and a generous commission structure. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
