Community Navigator Coordinator

The Fife Support Service is seeking a skilled Community Navigator to join their Whole System Approach team. This role will play a vital part in preventing homelessness and providing support to individuals in need.
As a Community Navigator, you will be responsible for supporting early intervention and preventing a crisis. This includes:
- Supporting individuals with housing, wellbeing, and social circumstances.
- Leading the setup of community drop-ins in Cowdenbeath and surrounding areas, building relationships, and connecting with established community hubs.
- Providing easy access to advice or low-level support, working with individuals to resolve issues.
- Supporting people with complex needs to access wider services in Fife, ensuring a coordinated response.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, curious, and self-motivated, with a 'can-do' attitude and kind, calm, and compassionate nature. A level of previous experience in a community-based or social care role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
