Community Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Support Specialist to join our team in Fife. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness, providing tailored support to help them achieve stability and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Support clients in relation to housing, wellbeing, and their wider social circumstances.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community hubs and services to ensure effective referrals and support.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies to implement the steering group's Whole System Approach (WSA) Action plan.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with diverse groups. Previous experience in a community-based or social care role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
