Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own end-to-end operational activity for our seafood site. The successful candidate will ensure alignment to the overarching Seafood strategy, driving measurable improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To drive and support efficiency activity across the entire operational workstream ensuring alignment to the site and groups financial goals.
  • Lead and champion the businesses culture and employee engagement of the operational business functions.
  • Provide the business with long, medium, and short-term schedules and strategies that maximise production efficiency, labour utilisation, and minimise waste.

Requirements:
  • Food / chilled manufacturing experience.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Kaizen and cost-saving awareness.
