At Green Recruitment Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to lead our Site Evaluation & Restoration business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the unit with ultimate accountability for revenue and margin delivery.

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the strategy to ensure quality and safety in project delivery, service excellence, and profitable growth within the unit.
  • Lead the identification and targeting of clients through the delivery of service excellence to deliver growth in organic revenue in the business unit.
  • Coach and mentor team leaders and service leaders to ensure all projects are set up for success and appropriate governance is adhered to.
  • Lead decisions on resource utilisation within the business unit and maintain the integrity of the unit composition and pyramid management structure.
  • Lead the identification and management of risk in service delivery and ensure compliance with governance processes in the business unit.
