About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for scoping, running, and commissioning evaluations to support the Office for Students in achieving its goals. You will provide expert advice on priority evidence projects and work to champion a strong culture of evaluative thinking within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify evaluation needs and priorities
- Design and conduct evaluations to assess the impact of programs and initiatives
- Provide analysis and recommendations to inform policy and practice
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote evaluation and evidence-based decision-making
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Substantial evaluation experience, with a strong track record of designing and implementing evaluations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and continuous learning
