Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and safe services to maximum operational efficiency, within budget and to VMR standard.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and those affected by our operations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Provide clear, transparent, and accurate reporting of business performance while delivering operational efficiencies through the use of digital media, asset utilization, and cost control.
- Develop and manage the site budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources and utilization of the most efficient disposal and recycling solutions.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze financial reports, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Identify potential business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement initiatives to expand the customer base.
Requirements
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience
