We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Veolia ES (UK) LIMITED. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our site and satellite operations, including financial management, business development, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective and safe services to maximum operational efficiency, within budget and to VMR standard.
  • Ensure safety and well-being of all employees and those affected by our operations.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
  • Provide clear, transparent, and accurate reporting of business performance while delivering operational efficiencies through the use of digital media, asset utilization, and cost control.
  • Develop and manage the site budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources and utilization of the most efficient disposal and recycling solutions.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze financial reports, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement initiatives to expand the customer base.

  • Level 3 Leadership and Management or equivalent work experience
