About the Job

We are looking for a Coordinating Service Department Calendar Manager to join our team at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union. As a Coordinating Service Department Calendar Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to minimize wait times and maximize productivity.
  • Update and maintain schedules, calendars, and agendas for the Service Department.
  • Verify availability for meetings and confirm appointments with customers and technicians.
  • Coordinate meeting venues and arrange for necessary resources.
  • Send reminders of scheduled meetings to ensure timely attendance.
  • Reschedule or cancel meetings as needed to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage red cap bookings and arrangements for customer vehicles.
  • Answer scheduling queries via phone and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Document scheduling processes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced proficiency in scheduling software and office software.
  • Extensive experience in managing travel bookings and arrangements.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
