Job Overview

This role will support a team of executives within our Private Equity FIG group, providing administrative support and ensuring operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for calendar management, travel coordination, expense allocation, and other key tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for executives, ensuring timely communication and rescheduling as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and obtain necessary visas and travel documents.
  • Process expenses for professionals using Concur, allocating and coding invoices as required.
  • Handle recruitment coordination and logistics, including onboarding new employees.
  • Provide phone coverage and back-up assistance to the team, ensuring seamless support.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in administration or a related field.
  • Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities, with a proactive attitude towards tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of office administrative procedures and operating standard office equipment.
