About the Role:

As an HR Business Partner at Freetrade, you will play a key role in supporting the Director of People in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters, and developing and implementing effective HR strategies to drive business growth.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can bring a unique perspective to our team. You will have a proven track record of success in HR business partnering, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for driving business outcomes through HR initiatives. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
