About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Modernisation and Replacement Sales Professional to join our team based in Warrington. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth of Existing Installations (EI) through volume sales of modernization, transformations, and full replacements.

The role involves maximising both modernisation and full replacement sales through prospecting EI portfolio, new business, dealing with repeat customers, and general enquiries into the business. You will work closely with Project Technicians and the Modernisation Design Centre to produce tenders for projects in line with customer requirements.

A key aspect of this role is liaising with other sales and technical teams to help develop the regional and company results. Additionally, you will undertake detailed technical lift surveys for traditional modernisation and full replacement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise both modernisation and full replacement sales through prospecting EI portfolio, new business, dealing with repeat customers, and general enquiries into the business.
  • Meet/exceed company sales targets.
  • Work with Project Technicians and the Modernisation Design Centre to produce tenders for projects in line with customer requirements.
  • Liaise with other sales and technical teams to help develop the regional and company result.
  • Undertake detailed technical lift surveys for traditional modernisation and full replacement.
  • Liaise with Schindler service departments to ensure protection and growth of service portfolio and drive a capital planning approach.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer-facing sales and identifying new business & developing relationships.
  • Constantly strives to exceed performance targets and improve on previous performance.
  • Strong business acumen, understands and applies commercial and financial principles to improve business performance both now and in the future.
  • Proactively delivers prompt, effective, and personalised service to customers; develops long-term relationships to support repeat business.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
