We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Rail Replacement Operations Manager. This role will involve managing and monitoring pre-planned rail replacement services, sourcing emergency vehicles, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor 24/7 rail replacement services, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication with clients.
  • Source and arrange for emergency vehicles as needed, working closely with internal and external suppliers.
  • Provide high-quality customer-focused responses, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and report on the activities of coordinators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Log all actions and events to maintain an accurate audit trail, facilitating effective decision-making.
  • Support the Operations Delivery Manager in delivering work at competitive and profitable prices, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, suppliers, and clients.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. If you have experience in logistics or passenger transport, particularly in a shift-working environment, we would like to hear from you.
