About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of maintenance operatives, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality of work and the competence of your team members, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of organizing and controlling the safe and efficient delivery of work. Excellent communication skills are also essential, both in person and in writing. You will also require knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting and renewal techniques, as well as relevant standards, procedures and instructions.
