About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead operational workstreams, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and drive excellence in fleet maintenance and operational delivery on the East Coast Mainline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Compliance: Collaborate with the Head of Operations to guarantee adherence to contract specifications for fleet upkeep and operational delivery on the East Coast Mainline.
  • Data Reporting: Take ownership of timely and accurate reporting of TARA/TSA Paymech and performance data.
  • Cash Flow Management: Ensure operational cash flows align with projected figures.
  • Operational Optimization: Support operational workstreams to maximize equity returns and investment valuations.
  • Performance Metrics: Maintain optimum operational performance and service delivery outputs/metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An extensive background in Contract Management, with expertise in data management and trend analysis.
  • Excellent numeracy and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
