Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Armstrong Knight. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide high-quality technical support to our clients.
Job OverviewThe Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing 1st-line technical support for our clients, including installation of new hardware and software, user management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients via telephone, email, and ticketing system.
- Install new hardware and software as required.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and distribution lists.
- Minimum of 12 months' commercial experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience of supporting users by telephone and ticketing system.
- Three A-levels or five AS-levels / City and Guilds diploma / NVQ level 3 / or equivalent.
- Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
