Technical Support Services Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Services Analyst to join our team in London. As a Digital Platform Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and incident management for our extensive suite of Live, VOD, OTT/Digital Playout services.
You will work closely with our technical teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery of our services. This is a full-time position working a shift pattern of 12-hour shifts, with 4 days on, 4 days off, followed by 5 days on, 5 days off.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in digital technical/media operations and experience in monitoring and supporting OTT platforms. You must also be able to work under pressure and react quickly, with strong IT skills. Additional languages would be a real plus, given the global nature of our company.
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.
