In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical solutions to clients, ensuring they realize their goals utilizing our client's products and services.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Technical Consultants, evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues; replicating and documenting issues for further escalation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Customer Service Technical Analysts who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and technical solutions.
Our estimated salary for this role is £48,000 per annum, reflecting the importance we place on attracting top talent.
- Previous experience in a SaaS Technical Support role
- Excellent customer service skills - the ability to communicate clearly and concisely while also being empathetic, accurate, compassionate, resourceful, and conscientious
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues; replicate and document issues for further escalation
- Experience with third line (development) support and bug fixing; excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
