At Great Bear, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Audit internal processes and procedures to maintain compliance with local standards, including MHRA, BRCGS, and ISO9001.
- Manage, control, and monitor quality incidents, reporting and instigating action where necessary.
- Meet customer needs in all areas of quality-related requests and issues.
- Provide day-to-day review of quality systems and support to the production department.
- Analyze and contribute to the continual improvement of Great Bear processes.
- Train and brief new procedures/processes to relevant personnel.
- Monitor and assist the training team with the Nvolve platform.
- Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in H&S processes and reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and suggest improvements to benefit both GBD and our customers.
- PC literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
