Job Title: Quality Coordinator

At Great Bear, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit internal processes and procedures to maintain compliance with local standards, including MHRA, BRCGS, and ISO9001.
  • Manage, control, and monitor quality incidents, reporting and instigating action where necessary.
  • Meet customer needs in all areas of quality-related requests and issues.
  • Provide day-to-day review of quality systems and support to the production department.
  • Analyze and contribute to the continual improvement of Great Bear processes.
  • Train and brief new procedures/processes to relevant personnel.
  • Monitor and assist the training team with the Nvolve platform.
  • Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist in H&S processes and reviews.
Requirements:
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and suggest improvements to benefit both GBD and our customers.
  • PC literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Drive and desire to progress.
  • Flexibility in approach to work and shift patterns.
  • Clear understanding of customer requirements, ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Able to work as part of a team and demonstrate a professional attitude towards all colleagues.
  • Organized and focused approach to all administrative duties.
