Project Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in a fixed-term contract for two years.
As a key member of our multifunctional team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our new products from design concept to serial production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a quality assurance strategy for new product introduction
- Managing quality assurance deliverables within our Gated workbook system
- Leading risk management and mitigation efforts on project risk registers
- Conducting Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) on systems, designs, and processes
- Reviewing product quality historical data and providing reliability predictions
- Participating in design and test reviews
- Managing customer complaints and implementing corrective and preventative actions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met

Reporting Relationships
You will report to our Product Quality Manager and work closely with a team of 6 quality personnel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline (degree desirable)
- Related experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in new product development
- Regular use of APQP, PFMEA, and PPAP
- A thorough understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work without supervision
