About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in a fixed-term contract for two years. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our new product development phases and serial production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies for new product introduction.
  • Lead Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) on system, design, and process.
  • Review product quality historical data and provide reliability predictions.
  • Manage product/field risk assessments as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline (degree desirable).
  • Related experience in quality engineering, preferably in new product development.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
