We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in South West London. As a key member of our practice, you will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week over 5 days. Your day could include:

  1. Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival
  2. Booking appointments and managing arrivals on our diary system
  3. Helping to promote our healthcare plans for pets
  4. Managing a busy reception desk efficiently

You will work closely with our veterinary surgeons and nursing team to ensure seamless communication and excellent patient care.
