We are seeking a Animal Care Coordinator to join our team at Kitten to Cat Veterinary Clinic in Kew. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, and assisting the Vet and Nurse team with queries. You will also help to promote our Healthcare Plan for pets and book follow-up appointments. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival
  • Booking appointments and arrivals on the RX Works diary
  • Helping to promote our Healthcare Plan for pets
  • Booking follow-up appointments for pets after their initial consultation
  • Assisting the Vet and Nurse team with queries

About You
We are looking for an individual with previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role within the Veterinary Industry. You should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine love for animals. An estimated salary for this position is around £28,000 per year.
