Animal Care and Reception Expert

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Animal Care and Reception Expert to join our team at Dnavetcare in South West London.
Our practice provides exceptional care and service to pets, creating a warm and welcoming environment for teams, patients, and their owners.
As a key team member, you will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them and assisting with scheduling appointments, inquiries, and general support.
This is a Full-Time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days.
Your tasks may include:
- Welcome clients and pets upon arrival
- Book appointments on RX Works diary
- Help promote our Healthcare Plan for pets
- Book follow-up appointments after consultation
- Support Vet and Nurse team with queries
- Manage digital records paperwork
- Liaise with clients regarding bookings and medication collection
- Order food and medication
- Process payments after treatment
- Handle finance applications
- Manage a busy reception area
About You
Ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or similar customer-facing role in Veterinary Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to outstanding client service
- Proficiency in computer systems and software

The salary range is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
