
Equine Veterinary Support Professional

A great opportunity awaits a dedicated and compassionate Animal Care and Reception Expert to join our team at Dnavetcare in South West London.
We deliver top-notch care and service to pets, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for teams, patients, and their owners.
In this crucial role, you'll be the initial point of contact for clients, providing a warm welcome and supporting them with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and general assistance.
This is a Full-Time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days.
Your duties might involve:
- Greeting clients and pets upon arrival
- Booking appointments on RX Works diary
- Promoting our Healthcare Plan for pets
- Booking follow-up appointments after consultation
- Supporting Vet and Nurse teams with queries
- Managing digital records paperwork
- Liaising with clients regarding bookings and medication pickup
- Ordering food and medication
- Processing payments after treatment
- Handling finance applications
- Managing a busy reception area
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or a similar customer-facing role in the Veterinary Industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for animals and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Proficiency in computer systems and software

The salary range is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
