Business Development Manager / Sales Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Sales professional to join our expanding organisation in a hybrid role that combines sales and business development responsibilities.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in technical sales, preferably in a service-based environment, and a proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, alignment, and expectation management to drive partnership growth.
  • Customer Understanding: Work closely with clients to understand their business priorities, pain points, technology landscape, and organisational goals to identify new opportunities and growth areas.
  • Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify new leads and prospects, generate call lists, and conduct client meetings to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Sales and Executive teams to develop strategic plans to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Business Development: Consistently prospect, pursue, and close new business deals to drive revenue growth and expansion.
