Lead the Way in OTC Sales - A Career Opportunity at OSL

As Head of OTC Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development, managing key client relationships, and overseeing a team that delivers tailored crypto solutions to institutional investors. This position requires deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, strong sales and relationship management expertise, and a proven ability to build and execute sales strategies that expand the firm's market presence and revenue in the OTC crypto space.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and market share for the OTC crypto trading desk.
  • Leading, managing, and inspiring the OTC sales team to build relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients.
  • Identifying and targeting new clients, business opportunities, and markets to increase OTC crypto trading volume and revenue.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in OTC sales or institutional trading. The estimated salary for this position is $180,000-$220,000 annually.
