Job Overview

As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy for Magnitude Consulting's digital core banking, OTC derivatives, and treasury solutions in the UK market. With a strong background in sales leadership, individual contributor sales, and industry expertise, you will lead a team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives in acquiring new enterprise customers and driving overall revenue growth in key financial services sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in a technology or financial services environment, with a proven track record of success in growing and managing teams while delivering significant revenue growth. A strong strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style, you will drive the team to meet and exceed goals. Estimated salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum.

About the Role
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring alignment with Magnitude Consulting's sales objectives.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Magnitude Consulting's digital core banking, OTC derivatives, and treasury solutions.
  • New Business Development: Identify high-value prospects within the UK market, including banks, fintech companies, and financial institutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategies and product offerings.

What You'll Need
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an individual contributor in sales, with a strong track record of success in selling complex solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services sector, including digital core banking, OTC, and treasury solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering business results.
