Job Overview:
A highly skilled Customer Service Administrator is sought after to join our team at Huntress. This full-time temporary position involves delivering exceptional customer service via email and telephone while maintaining accurate records of communications and approvals using MS Excel.

About the Role:
This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in customer service and administration with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency* Maintain accurate records of communications and approvals using MS Excel* Liaise between internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations* Handle general administrative tasks as needed* Experience required: experience in customer service and administration, with a strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email*, keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What We Offer:
£11.44 per hour, 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, own transport essential due to company location.
