Dynamic Sponsorship Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sponsorship sales professional to lead our efforts in the life sciences sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and ensuring that our sponsorship offerings meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business, closing high-value sponsorship deals with top-tier clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sponsorship initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Proven track record of success in sponsorship sales or business development within the B2B events and conference/exhibition sector or the life sciences industry.
- Results-driven approach, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build trust with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with experience in managing sales forecasts and analytics.
- A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
