Reception Supervisor Opportunity at The Botree Luxury Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reception Supervisor to join our team at The Botree luxury hotel in London. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain departmental standards in collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
  • Direct and coordinate the delivery of Guest Experience activities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and efficient work environment, and ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that our Reception Team delivers a conscious luxury service, exceeding guest expectations and upholding The Botree's values of Truth, Love, and Compassion.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in supervising and motivating a team, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, with a deep understanding of the industry's best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and guests.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in property management, CRM, and room key systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • A distinctive, professional, and warm personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • A deep understanding and alignment with The Botree's values and mission.
