Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Firmdale Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front office team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, including handling guest arrivals and departures, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain the reception area, including ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, including front office systems and software.
