About the Role:
As the Reception Supervisor, you will:
- Lead the Reception team, ensuring all guest needs are met to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to exceed guest expectations.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in maximizing occupancy, RevPAR, and Average Room Rate.
About You:
- Previous experience in a 5* hotel.
