The Botree luxury hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the reception team to ensure that all guest needs are met, standards of operation are always adhered to, and service expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Direct and coordinate the delivery of Guest Experience activities, ensuring that all team members are working together to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Service Excellence: Display a pleasant and positive attitude, promoting efficiency, courtesy, and confidence within the department, and ensuring that all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Departmental Standards: Work with the Front Office Manager to develop and maintain departmental standards, ensuring that our luxury hotel meets the highest standards of service and quality.
- Guest Experience: Create and deliver incredible guest experiences, promoting knowledge, expertise, and personality to ensure that our guests feel valued and cared for.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrable experience of supervising and motivating a team, with a proven track record of success in a luxury hotel environment.
- Relevant Experience: Previous relevant experience in a luxury hotel, with a strong understanding of the industry and its standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge and use of property management, CRM, and room key systems, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in a luxury hotel environment.
- Personal Qualities: A distinctive, professional, and warm personality, with a strong understanding of and commitment to our values of Truth, Love, and Compassion.
