Job Summary:

The Botree luxury hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the reception team to ensure that all guest needs are met, standards of operation are always adhered to, and service expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain departmental standards in collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
  • Direct and coordinate the delivery of Guest Experience activities to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for our guests.
  • Display a pleasant and positive attitude, promoting efficiency, courtesy, and confidence within the department, ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a conscious luxury service is delivered from the Reception Team, aligning with The Botree's values of Truth, Love, and Compassion.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of supervising and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Previous, relevant experience in a luxury hotel environment, with a strong understanding of property management, CRM, and room key systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
  • Good level of written and spoken English, with a distinctive, professional, and warm personality.
  • Understanding and sharing of The Botree's values: Truth, Love, and Compassion.
